Welcome !

Welcome to the eVolleympics 2007 blog. We hope that you will find the relevant information over here.

You can find all the emails and daily diary as posting. We will be updating this blog with new videos, pics and other goodies. Do keep visiting us.

Navigating inside the Blog

There is a sister website along with this blog that contains all the team information, schedule, score card, photos, rule book etc. The "EXPLORE" widget on the left hand side of this post also provides links to the website pages.

We have also introduced polls that are available at the left side-bar below the "EXPLORE" widget. You can vote unlimited times on each poll. (It's a feature, not a bug :-) ). Voting closes a day (EOB) before the match is scheduled.

On the left hand side-bar, there is "FLASH BACK" and "SEARCH BLOG FOR" widgets through which you can access the archived postings.

Below every post there is "COMMENTS" link, click on the link to add your valuable comments. You don't need a Google account to write your feedback/suggestions.

Happy blogging !

p.s. This post is sticky so don't worry about time-travel. You're still in present. Enjoy the gift !

Hi All,

I really like the idea of having a website. Looks very professional. Even though I missed first two matches, I got all the information here. Three cheers to all the teams and eVolleympics'07 organizers!!!

One question. How do we decide the number of points the winning/loosing team will get?

Sanket Shah said...

The point system is
as follows,
Team win 2 consecutive sets - 4 + 1Bonus = 5
Team win but lost 1 set - 4
Team loose without winning any set - 0
Team loose but won 1 set - 1

Marvelous job done by evolleymates EVEN though its not going to be counted in APR :-)

I missed first two matches but I got all updates from friends.
I am having my first match on Saturday, and we decided our all strategies today only.
